Hurricane Sandy continues to negatively affect U.S. wireless carriers. In addition to knocking out 25 percent of cellular sites and then hampering part of Verizon's network in the Northeast, Sandy has forced T-Mobile to delay some of its planned 1900 MHz HSPA+ launches. Read the full story here.
